Soldier Girl Brand does not offer refunds. We do, however, accept eligible exchanges when requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.

 

To request an exchange, please contact us at soldiergirlbrand@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will work with you to identify another available option when possible.

For standard size or merchandise exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping charges required to send the replacement item.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Soldier Girl Brand will provide instructions for the return or replacement and may provide a return shipping label when applicable.

 

We are not responsible for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage after delivery, or misuse.

 

Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale, customized items, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
